Industrial TFR 5 is a caustic cleaner with high foam, for removing traffic film.

This product provides very good cleaning power with a high foam profile. The concentrated blend of caustic and strong sequestrants are very effective at dissolving traffic film. It is intended for use on commercial and industrial vehicles, but may be used on heavily soiled domestic vehicles, if material compatibility is confirmed by an experienced user.

Method of use

Application

This product is intended to be diluted and applied using a pressure washer dosing system or pump sprayer. After a short contact time, the surface should be either agitated and rinsed, or rinsed without agitation, as required. It can also be applied using a snowfoam lance, and rinsed clean after a suitable dwell time.

Dilution

For general purpose cleaning, the product should be dosed between 1% and 5%. For use through a pump sprayer, dilute with one part product to 20-100 parts water, depending on the degree of soiling. Stronger solutions may also be employed on vehicles with sensitive surfaces or trims, following a spot test to ensure compatibility.
