Advanced Sealant 2 – Solvent Base is a high performance LSP product that provides excellent water repellency with superb durability.
This product is based on a blend of silicone polymers and resins (sometimes referred to as silica), in a low hazard solvent carrier. The combination of polymers and resins provides a strong bond to the surface where the components of the film crosslink to give enhanced durability. The product is easy to use, requiring only minimal surface preparation. The finish provides excellent water repellency and good gloss which typically is durable for a year or more and is suitable for use on paint, glass and wheels.
Application
This product is intended to be applied either using an applicator or, sparingly, using a spray. A thin and even layer should be applied and allowed a short time to bond to the surface (typically a few minutes). The treated area should then be buffed to a glossy finish, using a microfibre cloth.
Dilution
The product should be used as supplied.
Special Care
Care should be taken not to over apply, as this can lead to smearing and make it difficult to buff.
