Acid Wheel Cleaner – Gel is a potent cleaner that quickly dissolves heavy brake dust residue on durable wheel finishes.

This product is based on a very strong acid that rapidly removes even the heaviest brake dust residue. The gel consistency enables the product to adhere better to surfaces, increasing contact time and effectiveness. Given the potency of the acid, the product is not recommended for us on sensitive wheel finishes or damaged wheels.

Method of use

Application

The product may be diluted, if required, and applied using a spray. This makes the formulation thicker. After a suitable contact time (much increased on dilution), the surface should be agitated, if required, and pressure washed clean.

Dilution

For heavy residues, apply neat. For lighter soiling, dilute using water with one part product to up to 10 parts water.

Special Care

The product should not be allowed to dry on the surface so care should be taken in warm conditions or direct sunlight. Do not use on polished, bare metal or other sensitive finishes or damaged wheels, as corrosion may occur.
