PIP Chemicals Limited does not sell products directly to end users. We are not your competitors and we gain success through the success of our customers. We develop the products needed by brands, not limiting them to a small range of what is available to everyone else. We enable our customers to stand out from their competitors, with bespoke product ranges which outperform the competition, unrivalled technical support and regulatory compliance to the highest level.
Our products are designed by scientists, using rigorous testing methods, to be the best on the market and do exactly what our customers want them to do.

PIP Chemicals is located in Newtownards, a town only a few miles from Belfast. We are minutes from the main motorway network, local airport and seaport. We have numerous transport contacts allowing us to ship goods, both parcels and pallets, to almost anywhere on the globe.

About Adam
If you are a new customer, you will almost certainly find yourself talking to Adam.
If you are an existing customer who wants to discuss new products, new pricing or just complain about the world, Adam is who you want. If you want to complain about us… talk to Carys(!).
Adam’s background is physics and chemistry, having spent time playing ‘Angels and Demons’ toying with antimatter at CERN. PIP Chemicals was born out of this when Adam decided that he was fed up with a dirty car and wanted something better with which to care for it.
Adam is well known to disappear down the garden path on a detailed technical discussion whilst the others in the business grab a cup of tea. However, if you want new products, a bit of a technical schooling or just want to chat about the state of chemicals in the automotive sector, Adam is your man!
About Carys and the team
Carys is responsible for the daily operations of the business, so she is your first call if there are queries relating to orders or deliveries.
She is also the first stop for any Health and Safety queries. Carys’ background is in the pharmaceutical sector, where she gained many skills essential for her role at PIP Chemicals. She is the organiser and the one who is most likely to be able to sort an emergency order, if it arises! She is always happy to have a chat and is the most likely person to get Adam to do a job he really doesn’t want to do!
Beyond Adam, we have a dedicated product expert – Linda – whose full-time commitment it is to developing new, and improving existing, products. Unlike some competitors, we are dedicated to this business sector and recognise the need for continual development, to ensure that our customers remain at the leading edge of the industry.
Behind the scenes, we have several additional staff who are the cogs of the machine – manufacturing, dispatching, overseeing quality control and assurance, as well as a multitude of small tasks, essential for the ongoing operations of a professional chemical manufacturer.

PIP Chemicals Limited operates using a SAP ERP system, allowing us to continually monitor stock levels and
orders and to ensure orders are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
All products are subject to quality control, again handled within the SAP environment, records of which are stored indefinitely. Our process equipment is advanced, including high shear mixing capabilities and specialised filling and labelling equipment. We are committed to continued re-investment in order to maintain our competitive edge.
PIP Chemicals operates as a toll manufacturer – supplying customised products to all sectors of the automotive and vehicle industry. We can supply products tailored to your desires and requirements allowing you to differentiate your range from other suppliers. Further, we customise labelling and packaging and can produce a packaged end product which is totally unique and easily identifiable as your own.
All of our products are carefully analysed to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations. Products are classified and labelled in-house, using a market leading software suite, to most reliably adhere to the ever changing regulatory landscape.
What makes PIP Chemicals different?
The major difference is that we do NOT sell to end users.
This is now a very common practice but presents a reseller customer with a problem – competition. Yes, many of our competitors will happily take your money only to resell the same product, under their own brand, taking customers and money from under your feet – is that the sort of supplier you want?
A secondary consideration is that, if your supplier is selling under their own brand name, are they giving you the best product and the best advice or are they keeping the best to themselves? Since PIP Chemicals sells only for resale, we are one of the few toll manufacturers who does not compete with their own customer base and one of the few who can genuinely offer the best and unbiased advice to you, our customers.
