What We’re Looking For:
We want an enthusiastic new team member, who will be central to our quality control process and who can offer support to the product development team.
In your new role, you will carry out scheduled quality control tests, confirm that products meet specification, report and investigate non-conformities, and record results and outcomes. You will also be well versed in relevant chemical developments and best practice formulation methodologies.
That’s the quality bit. For the fun bit, you will work alongside our Development Team to help create new product formulations.
This role is centred around testing and development of automotive cleaning and care chemicals. While not necessary, an interest and understanding of detailing and valeting products would be highly beneficial.

Based in Newtownards, Northern Ireland, PIP Chemicals manufacture a broad range of cleaning and care chemicals, mainly focused on the automotive and biocidal sectors. We have doubled turnover in the last two years and are investing in our team to ensure our continued success.
Our Chemical Development Team is compact, and we are looking for someone who will be able to make a real contribution to the development of our current and new products.
