PIP Chemicals Limited is looking for an individual to lead and develop the manufacturing operation. With a small team, this will be an exciting and varied role. On a daily basis, manufacturing needs to be planned and the output monitored closely to ensure the highest possible quality. The facility needs maintained, ongoing safety checks carried out, risk assessments completed. The company is heavily committed to enhancing our facility and this requires the team to work towards engineering solutions. Our current project is a bespoke tank cleaning system which will save time and decrease contamination. Our development plan is then aimed towards such diverse projects as an integrated Warehouse Management System and also an automatic dosing facility.
As the company director and someone from a scientific/engineering background, I am very excited by what is to come. But we need a great individual who is enthusiastic about being a part of this – someone not afraid to ask a question but who loves learning and can apply that to continuous improvement of themselves and the company.
